Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 500 ml milk
- 3 egg(s)
- 1 pinch(es) salt
Instructions
- 1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until you have a smooth batter. It should be quite liquid. Let the batter rest for about 60 minutes so the flour hydrates properly. Stir it well again afterwards. If it is too thick, add a splash of milk.
- 2. Cook the batter in portions in a non-stick pan or crêpe pan. Cook each side until it turns lightly golden brown.
