Ingredients
- 125 g Butter
- 125 g Sugar
- 4 Egg(s)
- 250 g Flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 cup Milk
Instructions
- 1. Beat the butter and sugar until creamy. Add the eggs one by one and mix well. Combine the flour and baking powder, then gently fold them into the mixture. Pour in the milk and whisk everything until smooth.
- 2. Preheat your waffle iron. Take a small ladle of batter (about the size of a small ice cream scoop) and place it in the hot iron. Bake the waffles until they are golden brown.
