🍰 Spaghetti Ice Cream Dessert

Ingredients
- 500 g mascarpone
- 500 g quark
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 packets vanilla sugar
- 2 containers cream
- 1 bag strawberries ((frozen, large bag), possibly fresh berries)
- to taste powdered sugar
- a little white chocolate coating (grated)
Instructions
- 1. Mix the mascarpone, quark, powdered sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla sugar until smooth. Whip the cream until stiff and gently fold it in.
- 2. Let the strawberries thaw, puree them, and sweeten to taste with powdered sugar. Then spread the strawberry mixture over the quark-mascarpone cream.
- 3. Decorate the dessert with grated white chocolate. Place it in the refrigerator for at least two hours to chill thoroughly.
- 4. Note: This dish is not actual ice cream, but a cream that looks like spaghetti ice cream, which is why it has this name.
