Ingredients
- 50 ml olive oil
- 20 ml balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp honey (liquid)
- salt and pepper (from the mill)
- chili powder (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Put all ingredients into a small bowl and whisk vigorously until the mixture is creamy and smooth. Drizzle the dressing over your favorite salad just before serving. You can adjust the amount of each ingredient to suit your taste.
- 2. This dressing goes perfectly with arugula, tomatoes, brown mushrooms, and freshly grated Parmesan. Serve it with fresh baguette for a great summer meal.
