  11. 11. Fry the rice briefly.
  12. 12. Whisk the tomato paste into the vegetable broth.
  13. 13. Deglaze the rice with the tomato paste and broth mixture.
  14. 14. Bring the mixture to a boil.
  15. 15. Season the dish with salt.
