Ingredients
- 100 g Butter or margarine
- 120 g Sugar
- 150 g Flour
- 30 g Cocoa
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 2 Egg(s)
- 75 ml Milk
- 3 Banana(s)
- 60 g Chocolate flakes
- 2 containers Cream
- 2 pkgs. Whipping stabilizer
- Fat for the pan
Instructions
- 1. Mix the first seven ingredients into a smooth batter.
- 2. Grease a 26 cm springform pan well.
- 3. Bake the cake for about 30 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 4. Place the cooled cake base on a serving plate.
- 5. Use a tablespoon to scoop out a depression about 2 cm deep.
- 6. Leave a 2 cm wide border intact.
- 7. Roughly crush the cookie crumbs in a bowl.
- 8. Peel the bananas.
- 9. Halve them lengthwise.
- 10. Place them flat-side down on the hollowed-out cake base.
- 11. Whip the cream with cream stabilizer until stiff.
- 12. Gently fold in the chocolate flakes.
- 13. Spread the cream in a dome shape up to the edge of the cake.
- 14. Sprinkle with the cookie crumbs.
- 15. Place the cake in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
