  1. 1. Pour two tablespoons of olive oil into a baking dish.
  2. 2. Place the still frozen salmon directly into the dish.
  3. 3. Distribute the garlic slices on top of the fish.
  4. 4. Drizzle the lemon juice and the remaining olive oil over it.
  5. 5. Sprinkle the capers (small, salty flower buds) over the fish.
  6. 6. Season everything with salt and pepper.
  7. 7. Place the dish in the preheated oven.
  8. 8. Bake the salmon at 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat for about 30 minutes.
  9. 9. Serve the salmon with baguette or small potatoes that you have roasted with the skin.
  10. 10. Add tzatziki on the side.
  11. 11. Tip: You can also replace the capers with finely chopped parsley.
