🍽️ Garlic Lemon Salmon from the Oven

Ingredients
- 4 slice/s salmon (frozen)
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 clove/s garlic (cut into thin slices)
- 10 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp capers
- a little salt and pepper
Instructions
- 1. Pour two tablespoons of olive oil into a baking dish.
- 2. Place the still frozen salmon directly into the dish.
- 3. Distribute the garlic slices on top of the fish.
- 4. Drizzle the lemon juice and the remaining olive oil over it.
- 5. Sprinkle the capers (small, salty flower buds) over the fish.
- 6. Season everything with salt and pepper.
- 7. Place the dish in the preheated oven.
- 8. Bake the salmon at 180 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat for about 30 minutes.
- 9. Serve the salmon with baguette or small potatoes that you have roasted with the skin.
- 10. Add tzatziki on the side.
- 11. Tip: You can also replace the capers with finely chopped parsley.
