Ingredients
- 100 g Butter
- 80 g Sugar
- 2 Egg yolks
- 2 Egg(s)
- 80 g Flour
- 90 g Dark chocolate coating
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (conventional heat).
- 2. Beat the soft butter with the sugar until creamy.
- 3. Gradually mix in the eggs and egg yolks into the butter-sugar mixture.
- 4. Fold in the flour and the melted chocolate into the mixture.
- 5. Fill the mixture into well-buttered ramekins.
- 6. Place the ramekins in the freezer until the mixture is completely frozen.
- 7. Bake the frozen ramekins in the preheated oven for 15 to 16 minutes.
- 8. Serve the soufflé immediately while warm.
- 9. Ensure the chocolate center remains liquid and flows out when cut.
- 10. Serve with cinnamon ice cream, pickled figs, or other winter fruits.
- 11. You can prepare the ramekins in advance and store them in the freezer.
