🍰 Quick Raspberry Dessert

Ingredients
- 250 g quark
- 200 g cream
- 200 g cream cheese
- 100 g sugar
- 2 packets vanilla sugar
- 1 pkt raspberries (frozen, approx. 300 - 350 g)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 100 g sliced almonds
Instructions
- 1. Whip the cream until stiff. Stir together the quark, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla sugar to form a smooth cream. Gently fold the whipped cream into the quark mixture.
- 2. Layer the dessert in this order: a layer of cream, frozen raspberries, and then another layer of cream on top.
- 3. Melt the butter in a pan. Add the almonds and sprinkle them with sugar. Caramelize the almonds over low heat and then let them cool. Spread the cooled almonds over the cream.
- 4. You can serve and enjoy the dessert immediately while the raspberry quark is still cold.
