Ingredients
- 2 tbsp oil
- 125 ml water
- 1 pinch(es) salt
- 250 g flour
- 2 onion(s) (thinly sliced into half rings)
- 1 container sour cream (24% fat)
- 1 container crème double
- salt (or Fondor and pepper)
- 100 g bacon cubes
- chive rolls
Instructions
- 1. Prepare the yeast dough and roll it out very thinly. Mix crème fraîche and double cream, season the mixture, and spread it evenly over the dough.
- 2. Sauté the onions with a little water for one minute at 600 watts in the microwave. This step prevents the onions from burning during baking. Distribute the onions along with the bacon over the topping.
- 3. Bake the tarte flambée in a hot oven at 250 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat on the lower rack for 20 minutes. Serve it sprinkled with chive rings. Tip: To save calories, you can replace double cream with 20 percent quark.
- 4. This recipe serves two to three people, depending on how hungry you are.
