  1. 1. Peel the potatoes (new potatoes do not need to be peeled), cut into wedges, season with salt, pepper and chili. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  2. 2. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C top/bottom heat for 20 minutes.
  3. 3. In the meantime, wash the spring onions and cut into approx. 2 cm pieces. Halve or quarter the tomatoes (depending on size) and cut the meat into larger pieces. Mix everything in a large bowl with the pesto and season with salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Remove the potatoes from the oven, mix with the chicken-vegetable mix and return to the tray.
  5. 5. The baking time is now approx. 30 minutes. After half the time, mix everything again.
