Ingredients
- 200 g meringues
- 750 g raspberries (frozen)
- 500 g cream
- 500 g quark
Instructions
- 1. Whip the cream until stiff.
- 2. Mix the whipped cream thoroughly with the quark.
- 3. Crumble the meringues into small pieces.
- 4. Take a large bowl.
- 5. Add a layer of meringue pieces to the bowl.
- 6. Add a layer of frozen raspberries on top.
- 7. Add a layer of the quark-cream mixture on top.
- 8. Repeat the layering until all ingredients are used up.
- 9. Ensure that the top layer consists of the quark-cream mixture.
- 10. Place the cake in the refrigerator for about 5 hours.
- 11. Let the cake set.
