  2. 2. Divide the dough into two equal parts.
  3. 3. Line two baking sheets with baking paper.
  4. 4. Sprinkle some flour on the baking paper.
  5. 5. Roll out the dough parts immediately without resting into round, thin circles.
  6. 6. Put the tomatoes into a bowl.
  7. 7. Season the tomatoes with oregano, basil, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  8. 8. If desired, add onion and garlic powder.
  9. 9. Spread the tomato mixture evenly over both dough circles.
  10. 10. Save two tablespoons of the sauce for later.
  11. 11. Top the dough with salami.
  12. 12. Add ham.
  13. 13. Add mushrooms.
  14. 14. Sprinkle everything with cheese.
  15. 15. Save some cheese for the surface.
  16. 16. Fold the calzone together carefully.
  17. 17. Use the baking paper as a helper.
  18. 18. Press the edges together firmly.
  19. 19. Ensure the filling stays inside.
  20. 20. Brush the top with the reserved tomato mixture.
  21. 21. Sprinkle the reserved cheese on top.
  22. 22. Preheat the oven to 250 °C top and bottom heat.
  23. 23. Bake the calzone for about 10 to 12 minutes.
  24. 24. Take them out when they are golden brown.
