  1. 1. Line a grill pan made of aluminum or stainless steel with a little olive oil.
  2. 2. Distribute three to four finely chopped garlic cloves on the bottom of the pan.
  3. 3. Cut the feta cheese once lengthwise and once crosswise to create four equal pieces.
  4. 4. Brush the feta pieces thinly with olive oil.
  5. 5. Season the cheese carefully with salt and pepper, as it already tastes salty.
  6. 6. Slice the tomatoes.
  7. 7. Finely chop one onion and four to five additional garlic cloves.
  8. 8. Distribute the chopped onions and garlic cloves evenly over the feta.
  9. 9. Optionally add a few rings of spring onions.
  10. 10. Drizzle everything with a little olive oil.
  11. 11. Cover the pan tightly with aluminum foil.
  12. 12. Ideally prepare the pan one day in advance so that the flavors can infuse well.
  13. 13. Place the prepared pan on the grill for about ten minutes.
  14. 14. Make sure the grill grate is not too low so that the cheese does not burn.
  15. 15. Serve the feta pan hot with fresh baguette.
