🍽️ Crispy Oven Potatoes

Ingredients
- 10 m.-large potatoes, waxy
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp sea salt, coarse (or more if needed)
- 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
- 1 tsp curry powder
- a little chili powder
- 1 tbsp rosemary (dried (fresh needles taste more intense, of course))
- a little pepper (from the mill)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 lemon(s), juice from it
- a little salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp herbs, Italian (to your choice)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into quarters.
- 2. Dry the potato pieces thoroughly with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Place the potatoes in a large bowl.
- 4. Add the spices and mix everything well by hand.
- 5. Add the oil and stir well again.
- 6. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet.
- 7. Do not grease the sheet extra, as the oil is sufficient.
- 8. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees top and bottom heat.
- 9. Place the sheet on the middle rack.
- 10. Bake the potatoes for 30 to 40 minutes.
- 11. Turn the potatoes every 10 minutes.
- 12. Gently loosen the potatoes from the sheet if they stick.
- 13. Mix the sour cream with the lemon juice.
- 14. Add the spices and herbs to the cream.
- 15. Stir the dip ingredients well.
- 16. Optionally add some garlic.
- 17. Serve the potatoes with fish or chicken thighs.
