🍰 Chicken Wrap with Vegetables, Guacamole and Crème fraîche

Ingredients
- 4 Wheat tortilla(s)
- 400 g chicken breast (kitchen-ready)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 tbsp oil
- cayenne pepper
- 1 bell pepper(s) (yellow)
- 1 onion(s)
- 4 small tomato(s)
- 2 spring onion(s)
- iceberg lettuce
- 6 tbsp crème fraîche
- 1 pinch(es) lime zest
- 1 avocado(s) (ripe)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 0.5 clove(s) garlic
- salt and pepper
- chili sauce (or Tabasco)
- optional salsa
- 100 ml water
- 2 pinch(es) salt
- 2 tbsp oil
- 280 g flour
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the chicken breast and cut it into thin strips.
- 2. Heat some oil in a large pan.
- 3. Fry the chicken strips in the pan.
- 4. Cut the bell pepper into strips.
- 5. Peel the onion and chop it finely.
- 6. Lightly press the garlic clove.
- 7. Add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the pan.
- 8. Season everything with salt and cayenne pepper.
- 9. Remove the seeds from the tomatoes and cut them into cubes.
- 10. Cut the spring onions into thin rings.
- 11. Wash the lettuce and tear or cut it roughly.
- 12. Grate the zest of a lime.
- 13. Mix the crème fraîche with the lime zest.
- 14. Season the crème fraîche with salt and pepper.
- 15. Halve the avocado and remove the pit.
- 16. Quarter the avocado halves.
- 17. Scoop the flesh out of the skin with a spoon.
- 18. Mash the avocado flesh in a bowl with a fork.
- 19. Add lemon juice and chopped garlic to the avocado.
- 20. Season the guacamole with salt and pepper.
- 21. Mix flour and salt in a bowl.
- 22. Add water and oil.
- 23. Knead everything into a smooth dough.
- 24. Wrap the dough in cling film.
- 25. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for about two hours.
- 26. Divide the dough into four equal parts.
- 27. Roll each part thin with a rolling pin.
- 28. Ensure the tortillas have a diameter of about 24 centimeters.
- 29. Bake the tortillas in a dry pan.
- 30. Fry each side for about one minute until golden brown.
- 31. Heat the finished tortillas in the pan or microwave.
- 32. Spread guacamole on the tortillas.
- 33. Place tomato cubes, spring onions, and lettuce on top.
- 34. Add the fried chicken and vegetables on top.
- 35. Dab some crème fraîche on top.
- 36. Fold the bottom edge of the tortilla upwards.
- 37. Roll the tortilla tightly from bottom to top.
- 38. Serve the wrap with extra guacamole and crème fraîche.
