  2. 2. Heat some oil in a large pan.
  3. 3. Fry the chicken strips in the pan.
  4. 4. Cut the bell pepper into strips.
  5. 5. Peel the onion and chop it finely.
  6. 6. Lightly press the garlic clove.
  7. 7. Add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper to the pan.
  8. 8. Season everything with salt and cayenne pepper.
  9. 9. Remove the seeds from the tomatoes and cut them into cubes.
  10. 10. Cut the spring onions into thin rings.
  11. 11. Wash the lettuce and tear or cut it roughly.
  12. 12. Grate the zest of a lime.
  13. 13. Mix the crème fraîche with the lime zest.
  14. 14. Season the crème fraîche with salt and pepper.
  15. 15. Halve the avocado and remove the pit.
  16. 16. Quarter the avocado halves.
  17. 17. Scoop the flesh out of the skin with a spoon.
  18. 18. Mash the avocado flesh in a bowl with a fork.
  19. 19. Add lemon juice and chopped garlic to the avocado.
  20. 20. Season the guacamole with salt and pepper.
  21. 21. Mix flour and salt in a bowl.
  22. 22. Add water and oil.
  23. 23. Knead everything into a smooth dough.
  24. 24. Wrap the dough in cling film.
  25. 25. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for about two hours.

  28. 28. Ensure the tortillas have a diameter of about 24 centimeters.

  30. 30. Fry each side for about one minute until golden brown.

  32. 32. Spread guacamole on the tortillas.
  33. 33. Place tomato cubes, spring onions, and lettuce on top.
  34. 34. Add the fried chicken and vegetables on top.
  35. 35. Dab some crème fraîche on top.
  36. 36. Fold the bottom edge of the tortilla upwards.
  37. 37. Roll the tortilla tightly from bottom to top.
  38. 38. Serve the wrap with extra guacamole and crème fraîche.
