  1. 1. Wash the strawberries thoroughly and pat them dry carefully.
  2. 2. Take about half of the strawberries and cut them into small cubes.
  3. 3. Place the strawberry cubes into a bowl.
  4. 4. Add the lemon juice, 60 grams of powdered sugar, and 4 tablespoons of orange liqueur.
  5. 5. Puree the mixture with a hand blender until smooth.
  6. 6. Slice the remaining strawberries.
  7. 7. Set the strawberry slices aside for later use.
  8. 8. Beat the mascarpone, yogurt, remaining powdered sugar, and remaining orange liqueur with a hand mixer until frothy.
  9. 9. Whip the cream until stiff.
  10. 10. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
  11. 11. Crumble one-third of the amaretti cookies (or ladyfingers) into a large glass bowl.
  12. 12. Create the first layer with the crumbled cookie crumbs.
  13. 13. Spread a layer of strawberry puree on top.
  14. 14. Add a layer of the mascarpone cream.
  15. 15. Place a layer of the strawberry slices on top.
  16. 16. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used up.
  17. 17. Place the tiramisu in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
  18. 18. Decorate the finished dessert with the remaining strawberry slices before serving.
