🍰 Fruity Strawberry Tiramisu

Ingredients
- 1 kg strawberries
- 160 g powdered sugar
- 200 g whole milk yogurt
- 1 lemon(s), juice from it
- 500 g mascarpone
- 200 g whipping cream
- 6 tbsp orange liqueur
- 400 g ladyfingers (or amaretti)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the strawberries thoroughly and pat them dry carefully.
- 2. Take about half of the strawberries and cut them into small cubes.
- 3. Place the strawberry cubes into a bowl.
- 4. Add the lemon juice, 60 grams of powdered sugar, and 4 tablespoons of orange liqueur.
- 5. Puree the mixture with a hand blender until smooth.
- 6. Slice the remaining strawberries.
- 7. Set the strawberry slices aside for later use.
- 8. Beat the mascarpone, yogurt, remaining powdered sugar, and remaining orange liqueur with a hand mixer until frothy.
- 9. Whip the cream until stiff.
- 10. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
- 11. Crumble one-third of the amaretti cookies (or ladyfingers) into a large glass bowl.
- 12. Create the first layer with the crumbled cookie crumbs.
- 13. Spread a layer of strawberry puree on top.
- 14. Add a layer of the mascarpone cream.
- 15. Place a layer of the strawberry slices on top.
- 16. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used up.
- 17. Place the tiramisu in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
- 18. Decorate the finished dessert with the remaining strawberry slices before serving.
