🍽️ Grandma's Potato Soup with Sausages – Simple and Creamy

Ingredients
- 1 kg potato(es)
- 4 carrot(s)
- 1 bunch soup greens
- 2 tbsp vegetable broth powder
- 3 pair Vienna sausages
Instructions
- 1. Peel and chop the potatoes and carrots.
- 2. Clean the soup greens and roughly chop them; precision isn't necessary.
- 3. Put everything into a large pot and add enough water to just cover the vegetables. Cook in vegetable broth.
- 4. Then pass the mixture through a food mill. Season with salt and vegetable broth to taste, and if the soup is too thick, dilute with water. I personally prefer it to be a bit creamier.
- 5. Finally, slice the sausages and stir them in.
- 6. My tip: Reheated, the soup tastes even better, making it great for meal prep.
