Ingredients
- 200 g chocolate, white
- 200 g cream cheese
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 15 g butter
Instructions
- 1. Break the white chocolate into large chunks.
- 2. Melt the chocolate pieces together with the butter in a double boiler over very low heat.
- 3. Ensure the temperature does not get too high so that the chocolate does not burn or clump.
- 4. Add the vanilla sugar to the melted chocolate and butter mixture.
- 5. Remove the pot from the heat.
- 6. Stir the cream cheese into the mixture spoonful by spoonful and slowly.
- 7. Use a hand mixer to whip the cream until it is airy and smooth.
- 8. Continue stirring until no lumps are visible and everything is well combined.
- 9. Fill the finished cream into a clean jar.
- 10. Seal the jar tightly.
- 11. Place the jar in the refrigerator to let the cream set.
- 12. Let the cream rest for at least 24 hours before consuming it for the best spreading consistency.
- 13. Enjoy the spread within four weeks.
