🍰 Strawberry Cake

Ingredients
- 300 g Margarine
- 300 g Sugar
- 300 g Flour
- 5 Egg(s)
- 1 packet Baking Powder
- 1 packet Vanilla Sugar
- 1 Liter Milk
- 3 packets Pudding Powder (Cream Flavor)
- 800 g Sour Cream
- 8 tbsp Sugar
- 2 packets Cake Glaze
- 2 kg Strawberries
Instructions
- 1. Process a mixture of Margarine, Sugar, Flour, Eggs, Baking Powder, and Vanilla Sugar into a batter. Spread onto a baking sheet (a baking frame or a high-sided sheet is ideal!). Bake at 180° - 200°C for 15 - 20 minutes.
- 2. While the dough is in the oven, bring the Milk together with the Cream Pudding to a boil (add Sugar to taste, about 6 tbsp). Stir in the Sour Cream and sweeten with approx. 2 tbsp Sugar if desired. Spread the mixture over the cooled cake base and bake for another 10 minutes.
- 3. Wash the Strawberries thoroughly, pat dry, and place them on the slightly cooled cake. Prepare the Cake Glaze according to the instructions. Sprinkle the cake with some Sugar and cover with the Cake Glaze. Let cool.
