Ingredients
- 500 g wheat flour Type 405
- 250 g sugar
- 2 pinches salt (optional)
- 125 g butter
- 125 g margarine
- 0.5 packet baking powder
- 2 packets vanilla sugar
- 1 egg, size M
- 1 egg yolk, size M
- 150 g dark chocolate coating (for decorating, as desired)
Instructions
- 1. Knead all ingredients into a smooth dough.
- 2. Cover the dough and let it rest in the refrigerator for one hour.
- 3. Press the dough through a meat grinder with a cookie press attachment.
- 4. Shape the cookies as you like.
- 5. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- 6. Preheat the oven to 180 °C with top and bottom heat.
- 7. Bake the cookies on the second rack from the bottom for 10 to 15 minutes.
