  1. 1. Take all ingredients out of the fridge or cupboard about one hour before you start baking. They must all be at room temperature.
  2. 2. Beat the butter together with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy.
  3. 3. Add each egg to the butter mixture one by one. Beat each one well for about one minute to keep the cake light.
  4. 4. Mix the baking powder with the flour.
  5. 5. Add the flour mixture and the milk alternately to the egg-butter mixture.
  6. 6. Mix everything well, but make sure the batter does not become too liquid. It should have a normal consistency.
  7. 7. Do not beat the batter for too long. This keeps it light and gives it a fine crumb.
  8. 8. Grease a Bundt cake pan and sprinkle breadcrumbs inside.
  9. 9. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  10. 10. Preheat the oven to 180 to 200 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
