Ingredients
- 200g Basmati rice
- 100g paneer
- 1 Onion
- 50g Peas
- 1 TL Cumin seeds
- 2 EL ghee
- nach Geschmack Salt
- 500ml Water
Instructions
- 1. Wash rice and let soak.
- 2. Heat ghee in a pot, add cumin and onion, sauté.
- 3. Dice paneer and add with peas, sauté for 5 minutes.
- 4. Add rice and water, season with salt, and bring to a boil.
- 5. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes until rice is cooked.
