Ingredients
- 250g Flour
- 125g butter
- 75ml Water
- 2 Onions
- 200g Cheese
- 5g Salt
- 1g Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Combine flour and butter, incorporate water, and let rest.
- 2. Sauté onions until golden brown.
- 3. Grate cheese and mix with onions.
- 4. Roll out the dough and place it in the pie tin.
- 5. Place filling in the tin and cover with dough.
- 6. Bake at 190°C for 30-35 minutes.
- 7. Allow to cool and serve.
