🍗 Quick Potato Chicken Skillet

Ingredients
- 300 g Chicken breast fillet
- 300 g Waxy potatoes
- 2 Stück Cloves of garlic
- 20 ml Olive oil
- 10 g Paprika powder (sweet)
- 5 g Salt
- 10 g Fresh parsley
Instructions
- 1. Cut the chicken breast fillet into bite-sized cubes.
- 2. Wash the potatoes and cut them into small cubes (approx. 1 cm).
- 3. Press the garlic cloves and roughly chop the parsley.
- 4. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
- 5. Fry the potato cubes in the pan for 10 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- 6. Remove the potatoes briefly from the pan and fry the chicken through for 5 minutes.
- 7. Return the potatoes to the pan, add garlic and paprika powder, and fry everything together for 2 minutes.
- 8. Season with salt and mix the parsley into the dish.
