Ingredients
- 500 g Pork
- 2 EL Honey
- 4 EL Soy sauce
- 1 TL Five-spice powder
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 TL Ginger
- 1 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Cut the pork into strips.
- 2. Make a marinade from honey, soy sauce, five-spice powder, garlic, and ginger.
- 3. Place the meat in the marinade and let it soak for at least 1 hour.
- 4. Heat oil and fry the meat on all sides.
- 5. Cook in the oven at 200°C for 30 minutes, basting regularly with the marinade.
