Ingredients
- 200 g Rice noodles
- 100 g Shrimp
- 2 EL Soy sauce
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 chili
- 2 Shallots
Instructions
- 1. Cook rice noodles according to package instructions and drain.
- 2. Finely chop garlic and shallots.
- 3. Heat oil in a wok and sauté garlic and shallots.
- 4. Add shrimp and stir-fry until cooked.
- 5. Add rice noodles and soy sauce and mix well.
- 6. Garnish with fresh chili and serve.
