Ingredients
- 400g Minced Beef
- 1 Onion
- 2 EL Coriander
- 1 TL Cumin
- 1 TL chili
- 1 Egg
Instructions
- 1. Finely chop onion and mix with minced beef.
- 2. Add coriander, cumin, and chili, mix well.
- 3. Add one egg and mix the mixture well.
- 4. Shape the mixture into patties.
- 5. Fry in a pan over medium heat until both sides are golden brown.
- 6. Plate and serve.
