Ingredients
- 200g Chickpeas
- 200g Tomato Puree
- 1 Onion
- 1 TL Ginger
- 1 TL Cumin
- 2 TL Coriander Powder
- 1 TL Chili Powder
- handvoll Cilantro
Instructions
- 1. Sauté onion in a pan until golden brown.
- 2. Add ginger, tomato puree and spices, mixing well.
- 3. Add chickpeas and bring to a boil.
- 4. Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- 5. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve.
