🍛 Chana Masala - Chickpea Curry

Ingredients
- 200g Chickpeas
- 1 Onion
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 cm Ginger
- 2 Zehen Garlic
- 1 TL garam masala
- 1 TL Cumin
- 2 EL Oil
Instructions
- 1. Soak chickpeas overnight and rinse.
- 2. Cook chickpeas in a pot until soft.
- 3. Finely chop onion, ginger, and garlic, sauté in oil.
- 4. Add tomatoes and cook for a few minutes.
- 5. Add chickpeas and spices, mix well.
- 6. Serve with rice or naan.
