🍛 Chana Masala - Chickpea Curry

Ingredients
- 200g Chickpeas
- 1 Onion
- 1 Tomato
- 1 cm Ginger
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- nach Geschmack Salt
Instructions
- 1. Soak chickpeas (or use pre-cooked).
- 2. Chop onion and ginger finely, and sauté in a pan.
- 3. Add the tomato and sauté briefly.
- 4. Sprinkle in cumin, coriander, and garam masala, mix well.
- 5. Add chickpeas and bring to a boil with water.
- 6. Simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
- 7. Season with salt and serve.
