Ingredients
- 200g chickpeas
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- 1 Stück ginger
- 2 Zehen garlic
- 1 TL cumin
- 2 TL coriander powder
- 2 EL ghee or oil
Instructions
- 1. Soak the chickpeas overnight and drain.
- 2. Finely chop onion, ginger, and garlic, and sauté in ghee.
- 3. Add the diced tomato and continue cooking.
- 4. Add cumin and coriander powder, mix well.
- 5. Add the chickpeas and add water. Simmer for 15 minutes.
- 6. Season with salt and serve.
