🍄 Mushroom Waldacker Tart with Thyme

Ingredients
- 500 g Puff pastry (refrigerated)
- 300 g Button mushrooms
- 200 ml Heavy cream
- 3 Stk Eggs (Size M)
- 100 g Gouda cheese (grated)
- 1 EL Fresh thyme
- 1 EL Cooking oil
- 1 Prise Salt
- 1 Prise Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 °C (392 °F) conventional mode.
- 2. Wash the mushrooms and slice them into thin pieces.
- 3. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the mushrooms until they have lost their liquid.
- 4. Remove the mushrooms from the heat and let them cool.
- 5. Whisk the cream, eggs, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- 6. Prick the puff pastry with a fork to prevent bubbling and place it in a tart pan.
- 7. Distribute the cooled mushrooms and Gouda cheese evenly over the dough.
- 8. Carefully pour the cream-egg mixture over the filling.
- 9. Place the tart in the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
