🍄 Mushroom-Spinach Gratin with Garlic Bread Crust

Ingredients
- 300 g Mushrooms
- 200 g Frozen spinach (thawed)
- 100 g Onions
- 3 Stück Garlic cloves
- 100 g Processed cheese slice (plain)
- 50 g Breadcrumbs
- 30 g Butter
- 5 g Salt
- 1 g Nutmeg
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius convection mode.
- 2. Dice the onions and garlic. Sauté them in the butter until translucent.
- 3. Add the mushrooms and cook until they have released their liquid and are golden brown.
- 4. Squeeze the thawed spinach to remove excess water, and stir it into the mushroom mixture. Season with salt and nutmeg.
- 5. Slice the processed cheese into strips and distribute them over the mushroom-spinach mixture in the baking dish.
- 6. Mix the breadcrumbs with a spoonful of oil (optional) and sprinkle them as a crust over the gratin.
- 7. Bake the gratin for 20 minutes until the crust is golden brown and crispy.
