🍄 Mushroom-Meat Cannelloni in Tomato Graviera Sauce

Ingredients
- 300 g cannelloni tubes (dry)
- 400 g beef mince
- 250 g mushrooms
- 1 Stk onion
- 1 Stk garlic clove
- 400 ml passata tomatoes
- 100 g graviera cheese
- 50 g parmesan
- 20 ml olive oil
- 5 g dried oregano
- 8 g salt
- 3 g black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 190°C conventional.
- 2. Boil the cannelloni tubes in salted water until al dente, drain, and toss with a drop of oil.
- 3. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
- 4. Slice the mushrooms into thin slices.
- 5. Brown the minced meat in a pot with a little olive oil.
- 6. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until translucent.
- 7. Add the mushrooms and cook until they have released their liquid.
- 8. Deglaze with the passata tomatoes, season with oregano, salt, and pepper.
- 9. Let the filling simmer for 10 minutes and stir in the parmesan.
- 10. Carefully fill the cannelloni tubes with the meat and vegetable mixture.
- 11. Place the filled cannelloni in a baking dish covered with a little more tomato sauce.
- 12. Distribute the grated graviera cheese evenly over the top.
- 13. Bake the cannelloni for 25 minutes in the oven until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
- 14. Remove the baking dish and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
