Ingredients
- 2 Carrots
- 1 Onion
- 1 Bell pepper
- 2 Tomatoes
- 2 Garlic clove
- 1 EL Curry powder
- nach Geschmack Salt
- nach Geschmack Pepper
- 2 EL Oil
- 1 Handvoll Coriander
Instructions
- 1. Sauté onion and garlic in oil until soft.
- 2. Add carrots and bell pepper, sauté for another 5 minutes.
- 3. Add tomatoes and spices, let simmer for 10 minutes.
- 4. Season with salt and pepper, and garnish with coriander.
- 5. Serve warm or enjoy cold.
