🍲 Berlin Wall Ceviche

Ingredients
- 400 g Black beans (canned)
- 200 g Snap peas
- 100 ml Mayonnaise
- 2 Stück Lemon
- 500 g Fried potatoes
- 10 g Salt
- 10 ml Rapeseed oil
- 300 g Tofu (plain)
Instructions
- 1. Boil the black beans and snap peas. Dice the lemon. Dice the potatoes. Dice the tofu. Mix mayonnaise and lemon juice.
- 2. Fry the potatoes and tofu in the pan. Add salt and oil.
- 3. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Serve cold.
