Ingredients
- 200 g Fresh fish (e.g., Sea bream)
- 2 Lemon
- 1 Onion
- einige Zweige Coriander
- 1 Chili
- 1 TL Salt
Instructions
- 1. Cut fish into small cubes.
- 2. Slice onion into thin rings.
- 3. Chop chili finely and pluck coriander leaves.
- 4. Marinate fish with lemon juice for 15 minutes.
- 5. Add onion, chili, and coriander and mix well.
- 6. Season with salt and serve.
