50 g butter (cold, diced)
20 g chocolate sprinkles

Instructions

1. Crush the cookies into fine crumbs in a freezer bag using a rolling pin.
2. Mix the butter with the crumble pieces, but save about 2 tablespoons for decoration.
3. Place a small mixing bowl upside down over a portion of ice cream and quickly form a round snowball.
4. Roll the ice cream balls in the butter-cookie mixture until they are completely covered.
5. Place the snowballs on plates, sprinkle with the remaining crumble pieces, chocolate sprinkles, and powdered sugar.
6. Serve the dessert immediately as the ice cream melts quickly.
