Ingredients
- 250 g vanilla ice cream
- 150 g sugar cookies (e.g., Loriot or Digestive)
- 50 g butter (cold, diced)
- 20 g chocolate sprinkles
- 10 g powdered sugar
Instructions
- 1. Crush the cookies into fine crumbs in a freezer bag using a rolling pin.
- 2. Mix the butter with the crumble pieces, but save about 2 tablespoons for decoration.
- 3. Place a small mixing bowl upside down over a portion of ice cream and quickly form a round snowball.
- 4. Roll the ice cream balls in the butter-cookie mixture until they are completely covered.
- 5. Place the snowballs on plates, sprinkle with the remaining crumble pieces, chocolate sprinkles, and powdered sugar.
- 6. Serve the dessert immediately as the ice cream melts quickly.
