  4. 4. Roll the ice cream balls in the butter-cookie mixture until they are completely covered.
  5. 5. Place the snowballs on plates, sprinkle with the remaining crumble pieces, chocolate sprinkles, and powdered sugar.
  6. 6. Serve the dessert immediately as the ice cream melts quickly.
