🍛 Cauliflower Rice Curry with Shrimp

Ingredients
- 1 Cauliflower
- 200 Shrimp
- 200 Coconut Milk
- 2 Curry Paste
- 100 Bell Pepper
- 100 Spinach
- 50 Onion
Instructions
- 1. Process cauliflower in a food processor to rice consistency.
- 2. Sauté onion and bell pepper in a pan.
- 3. Add shrimp and sauté briefly.
- 4. Add curry paste and coconut milk, mix well.
- 5. Stir in cauliflower rice and spinach, cook for another 5 minutes.
- 6. Serve and enjoy.
