  2. 2. Heat the mixture over medium heat and stir constantly until it thickens and bubbles. This takes about 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Remove the pot from the heat and let the mixture cool for 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Heat a non-stick pan with the butter over medium heat.
  5. 5. Pour small pancakes into the pan and fry them until golden brown on both sides, about 2 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Sprinkle the finished pancakes with the remaining sugar and cinnamon.
