Ingredients
- 400g Carrots
- 1 Onion
- 1 Zehe Garlic
- 20g Ginger
- 400ml Vegetable Broth
- 50ml Cream
Instructions
- 1. Sauté onion, garlic, and ginger in a pot.
- 2. Add carrots and sauté for 5 minutes.
- 3. Add vegetable broth and simmer for 15 minutes.
- 4. Blend until the soup is creamy.
- 5. Stir in cream and serve.
