Ingredients
- 500 g Pork butt
- 1 Onion
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 1 TL oregano
- 1 TL Cumin
- 1 Lemon
- 4 tortillas
- handvoll Cilantro
Instructions
- 1. Place meat with onion, garlic, and spices in a slow cooker.
- 2. Cook on low for 4 hours.
- 3. Remove meat, allow to cool, and shred.
- 4. Warm the tortillas.
- 5. Fill the tortillas with meat.
- 6. Serve with cilantro and lemon juice.
