  2. 2. Chop onion and garlic coarsely and add to the meat.
  3. 3. Place meat in a pot, fill with water, cover and simmer for about 2 hours.
  4. 4. Remove the meat, let it cool and shred into small pieces.
  5. 5. Briefly fry the shredded meat in a pan, then drizzle with lime juice.
  6. 6. Warm tortillas, fill with meat, and garnish with cilantro.
