Ingredients
- 500g Pork Shoulder
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- 3 EL Lime Juice
- 1 TL oregano
- 4 tortillas
- 30g Cilantro
- nach Geschmack Salt
Instructions
- 1. Cut pork shoulder into small pieces and season with salt and oregano.
- 2. Chop onion and garlic coarsely and add to the meat.
- 3. Place meat in a pot, fill with water, cover and simmer for about 2 hours.
- 4. Remove the meat, let it cool and shred into small pieces.
- 5. Briefly fry the shredded meat in a pan, then drizzle with lime juice.
- 6. Warm tortillas, fill with meat, and garnish with cilantro.
