🥗 Cardamom Rice

Ingredients
- 200g Basmati rice
- 4 Cardamom pods
- 1 Cinnamon stick
- 1 Bay leaf
- 50g Mixed nuts
- 2 EL Oil
- nach Geschmack Salt
- 500ml Water
Instructions
- 1. Wash rice and let soak.
- 2. Heat oil in a pot, add cardamom, cinnamon, and bay leaf.
- 3. Add rice, sauté for 2 minutes, then add water and salt.
- 4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- 5. Add nuts, mix well, and serve.
