🍝 Creamy Artichoke Pasta

Ingredients
- 400 g Spaghetti
- 200 g Artichoke hearts (canned or jarred)
- 200 ml Heavy cream (30% fat)
- 1 Stk Onion
- 1 Stk Garlic clove
- 40 g Parmesan, grated
- 10 g Salt
- 2 g Black pepper
Instructions
- 1. Boil a large pot of water with 10 g salt. Add the spaghetti and cook al dente.
- 2. Dice the onion and finely chop the garlic. Drain the artichoke hearts and cut them into strips.
- 3. Heat a large pan over medium heat. Sauté the onions and garlic for 3 minutes until soft.
- 4. Add the artichokes to the pan and fry for 2 minutes.
- 5. Pour in the cream and simmer for 2 minutes until slightly thickened.
- 6. Add the drained spaghetti to the pan. Mix everything well with the parmesan and black pepper.
- 7. Serve the dish immediately while warm.
