  1. 1. Boil a large pot of water with 10 g salt. Add the spaghetti and cook al dente.
  2. 2. Dice the onion and finely chop the garlic. Drain the artichoke hearts and cut them into strips.
  3. 3. Heat a large pan over medium heat. Sauté the onions and garlic for 3 minutes until soft.
  4. 4. Add the artichokes to the pan and fry for 2 minutes.
  5. 5. Pour in the cream and simmer for 2 minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. 6. Add the drained spaghetti to the pan. Mix everything well with the parmesan and black pepper.
  7. 7. Serve the dish immediately while warm.
