🥖 Caramelized-Onion Bruschetta with Feta

Ingredients
- 300 g Baguette
- 200 g Onions
- 150 g Feta cheese
- 15 ml Balsamic vinegar
- 20 ml Olive oil
- 10 g Honey
- 3 g Salt
- 5 g Thyme
Instructions
- 1. Cut the onions into thin strips. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and sauté the onions over medium-low heat for 20 minutes until soft and golden brown.
- 2. Deglaze the onions with the balsamic vinegar and honey. Season with salt and thyme.
- 3. Slice the baguette diagonally. Toast the bread slices in the oven or toaster until golden brown.
- 4. Crumble the feta cheese over the warm onion filling on each slice of bread.
- 5. Serve the bruschetta immediately while warm.
