Ingredients
- 6 Stück Crêpes (homemade or store-bought)
- 300 ml Whipping Cream
- 40 g Powdered Sugar
- 150 ml Caramel Sauce
- 200 g Mixed Berries (e.g., raspberries, blueberries)
- 1 Stück Lemon (Juice)
Instructions
- 1. Cut the crêpes into equal-sized triangles or strips.
- 2. Whip the cream with the powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- 3. Squeeze the juice of half a lemon over the berries and gently fold them in.
- 4. Take a large glass or trifle bowl. Place a layer of crêpe pieces at the bottom.
- 5. Spread a layer of whipped cream over the crêpes.
- 6. Dot the cream with caramel sauce and distribute a layer of berries.
- 7. Repeat the layers (crêpe, cream, caramel, berries) until ingredients are used up. Finish with cream and berries.
- 8. Place the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.
