🥗 Peach caprese

Ingredients
- 200g Fresh Mozzarella
- 2 Ripe Peaches
- 20g Fresh Basil Leaves
- 2 EL Olive Oil
- 1 EL Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 TL Salt
- 0.5 TL Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Slice the mozzarella ball.
- 2. Halve the peaches, remove the pit, and slice them.
- 3. On a serving plate, alternate stacking slices of mozzarella and peach.
- 4. Evenly distribute the fresh basil leaves on top.
- 5. Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the top.
- 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 7. Serve immediately and enjoy.
