Ingredients
- 150g Mozzarella
- 200g Tomatoes
- 30g Fresh Basil
- 2 EL Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 EL Olive Oil
- nach Geschmack Salt
- nach Geschmack Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Slice mozzarella and tomatoes and alternate them on a plate.
- 2. Place fresh basil on top.
- 3. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
- 4. Season with salt and pepper.
- 5. Serve and enjoy.
